How does billing work?+
Resources are metered continuously while they exist and invoiced at the end of each calendar month. Your console shows a live meter, hourly rate and projected month-end total.
Am I charged for stopped machines?+
Compute stops being charged while a machine is stopped. Its disks, volumes and any public IP are still billed.
How do I pay?+
Pay each invoice online with cards, UPI or net banking through Razorpay. Card details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by Webyne.
Is my workspace shared with other customers?+
No. Every organization gets its own isolated cloud project with its own network and router. Nothing you create is visible to other customers.
Can I open port 80 for my website?+
No — Webyne Cloud is HTTPS-only. Serve your site on port 443; the built-in Kubernetes ingress redirects to HTTPS automatically.
Where is my data stored?+
All resources run in Webyne data centres in India.
